The Seafood Extravaganza
Tantalize your taste buds with the Seafood Extravaganza
Ingredients for the Seafood:
- Crab: 2 pieces king size
- Lobster: 2 pieces
- Prawns: medium size 6 pieces
- Red potato: 3 medium pieces
- Sweet corn: 3 cobs each
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Shellfish stock 3 litres
Ingredients for the sauce:
- Old bay spices
- Bay leaves
- Cajun spice
- Lemon
- Pepper
- Chilli pepper
- Chopped Onions
Procedure
For the seafood
Wash all the seafood
Then add the shellfish stock in a pot on high heat, also add the crab, lobster, prawns with the potato and the corn as well as all the spices. Bring to boil and keep it boiling for about 20 minutes then reduce the heat and continue cooking for another 25 minutes.
For the sauce
In a frying pan add butter and fry the onion and add the chilli and the spices the way u prefer, then pick all the seafood boiled and toss them in the sauce. The spices can be added depending on how you like it.
