Here’s To A Truly Happy New Year

Time and time again, I am blown away by God’s love, by His mercy and
by His grace. In the rising of the sun and when the sun stands high at
midday, I feel His warmth. In the smile and giggles of a little child, I feel
His love. In the whispers of the wind, I hear His voice as He gently tells
me He is with me, no matter how I may be feeling.

Sometimes, when I think of my maker, I imagine myself being a cute
little toddler, running into the ever-waiting arms of my father – yes, my
heavenly Father, knowing against all odds that He will catch me,
knowing beyond the shadow of a doubt that He’ll grab me and lift me up
as He whispers His never failing and never-ending promises to me.
You see, God isn’t only close to the broken hearted – so you need not
long to be very broken before you get to know Him or have Him in your
corner. I believe He is close to us even in the most beautiful scents, in the
songs of the birds, in the cool breeze of the Harmattan weather, in the
flashes of the lightening and the fierce reply of the thunder.

This is a gentle invite for you to experience life on a whole new level.
Now note, this new life does not mean you will be drinking wine and
munching away merrily always on gateaux made by a world class baker,
every day and every night. No. Yet you know, a reassuring promise if you
may call it that, that you would never be alone, and when you call on
Him, He will be there with and for you.

Now, close your eyes… image the best of you. Now open your eyes and
imagine yourself receiving it and living it. Why? Simple! He said ask and
you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be
opened onto you.

Ahhhhhhhhhh! What more can I say? Let the asking begin! Here’s
wishing us all a very Happy New Year, filled with all things beautiful and
happy as we all run to Him in Jesus name, amen.

Hello! I realize this is somewhat off-topic but I needed to ask.
Does managing a well-established blog such as
yours require a lot of work? I am brand new to running a
blog however I do write in my journal everyday. I’d
like to start a blog so I can easily share my own experience and feelings online.
Please let me know if you have any kind of ideas or tips for
    new aspiring bloggers.

Blogging involves writing from your heart about any topic you have in mind, and should be driven by the purpose of the blog. This blog is mainly about encouraging and giving hope which is why I am excited about you reaching out. You can start by journaling and then picking the most interesting writeup you have. Also write with your audience in mind, and go with the Lord’s flow. *hugs*

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get setup?

I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?

I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% certain. Any tips or advice would
    be greatly appreciated. Kudos

It’s ok. I’m happy to help! Start with baby steps. Determine what you want your blog to be all about and stay true to this. Keep at it, and you’ll get the flow. All the best!

About Us

pages-for-life

Hi, thanks for stopping by. I am me and I believe that there is always a sunny side of life regardless of the happenings around us. So that’s what this is all about – not giving up in a world that seems chaotic and uncertain, filling the hearts of many with fear.

I hope as you read through you will find a reason to smile even on a bad day or perhaps get the inspiration you need to get up and fulfill your purpose or simply be encouraged to keep on keeping on.
